Design and manufacture of metal structures for industrial buildings, both weldable and bolted. Our structures are designed to fully comply with existing regulations while also offering low-density and cost-effective solutions.
Options include structures for mezzanines, platforms, overhead cranes, walkways, bridges, stairs, pipe racks, etc. We handle the fabrication of structures in workshops, following processes for cutting, assembly, and welding with automated cutting and welding equipment. The welding processes are certified. Additionally, quality testing on welds is performed using liquid penetrant and ultrasonic testing.
The structure assembly is carried out safely using articulated platforms and cranes. The design and manufacture of sheet metalwork are carried out in carbon steel and stainless steel. Metal structures are fabricated with specialized and high-precision equipment to avoid issues during assembly. In some cases, connection plates are pre-prepared to allow for quick bolting of the structure during installation.
