The turnkey project is one where the contractor assumes full responsibility for the project, from conceptualization to detailed engineering development, project execution, and commissioning. Turnkey projects are usually contracted at a lump sum price to ensure the client a fixed price that is respected until the project is completed. For this, the contractor must have in-depth knowledge of the type of construction to be carried out to avoid leaving any critical aspects unconsidered, which could affect them.
